THE FOUR LOVES CUM THE CONSTITUENTS OF LOVE

THE LOVE SERIES CONT::

  Having already established the Fact that love is a Command from the creator, it is imperative to take a bolder step into considering what i call the FOUR LOVES AND THERE CONSTITUENTS.

The four loves have there origin from the Greeks. They defined love in four succinct ways.
We shall be taking a close look at them one after the other.

1) STORGE :- This according to the Greeks is otherwise know as the "empathy bond" . This is love , that is the love for an individual through the fondness of Familiarity . Family members or people who relate together in familiar way exhibit this kind of Love

2) PHILIA :- According to the Greeks is love between friends who are so close that at first sight you will assume they are siblings. It can be otherwise called Friends bond. It exist between people who share common interest,values and activities. The interesting fact about Philia is that it can be freely chosen.

3) EROS :- HMMMM! This is love in the sense of "being in love" . You got that so quick i guess. smiles!
LEWIS define the Erotic bond as " being in love or loving someone as opposed to the raw sexuality of what he called Venus"

4) AGAPE :- My heart beats at the sound of this word. Agape is simply GODS unconditional Love for Mankind.

So now the thought of figuring out what to call what you call love is all over you right?

These Four loves are all fantastic but Agape is the greatest of all.

Having shared an insight into the four loves, i find it compelling to follow suit on the constituents of Love.

To look nice in the morning while going to work you must wear nice clothing's, make over for ladies, etc. All those things (clothes, make over materials) are the constituents of looking nice.

So does love has its own constituents. They are;

- PASSION

-INTIMACY

-COMMITMENT

All three constituents mentioned here dictates what kind of love you have.

What then is PASSION?

WHAT IS INTIMACY all about?

What is COMMITMENT?
