EDUCATE US

If education is the key to a growing world, then school is the lock.

Lets take an holistic approach to the scenario of the neighbor next door, the child is very energetic, brilliant and adventurous.

Makes something we can ride on with car Boris and planks of wood. That child was exceptional.

Looks for a burnt tyre gets the rings out and then makes something we can roll around with in the neighborhood.

All kids shout with excitement and joy while playing around with these objects made out of a critically thinking mind.

Speaks and understands the indigenous languages very well, but alas when in the class room the teacher blows grammars that easily turns off his attention.

Then the teacher refers to him as the dullest student in the class, does woefully in all courses except his indigenous language, arts and crafts.

From here, the debate of either using our indigenous languages in the class room  arise again.

For a long time education has been confused with schooling.

Now that dude whose instances I just shared learned how to ride a bicycle and does it well than other kids in the neighborhood.

His always desirous to learn new things. Then someone comes out and say something along the lines of

" his destiny is to learn trades, let him abandon a formal education" .

But I am eager to always tell them he loves to learn new things, he learns pretty fast. That's a desire to be educated. Yet all I get is a snub.

The parents then looses hope in the vibrant kid because of the teachers comment.

Its time to give education a topmost priority. When you educate a man, you stop the spread of another evil.

That guy or lady you liberate with an educated mind reduces the chances of the society having another suicide bomber or a terrorist.

Those kids you deny the right to education today either formally or informally might just be the ones to terrorize our territories tomorrow.

EDUCATE US, SAVE FUTURE GENENATION IS MY CRY.

Lets go a step higher. YES WE CAN.
