SHE SAID NO!

The sun rose very early on Wednesday and if Biola had not checked her watch, she would have assumed it was noon already. The much anticipated symposium was scheduled to kick off by 10:30 a.m.  It was already 7:25 a.m. by her time, so, Biola rose up quickly to have her routine 30minute devotion.

The guest speakers at the symposium were top business coaches in the country. Biola had always nursed a business idea and hence, couldn’t just wait to meet them.

Biola rounded up her devotion in time, and quickly rushed her chores. In no time, she was done having her bath

SOME OF US

The other day after a powerful delivery at a seminar somewhere around town, one of the guest speakers who happened to be pretty older asked me a question;

“Biyi, where do you see yourself in the next six years?".

I paused momentarily, wore a smile on my face and gave him answers. He ended up by saying "I pray all your aspirations come true."

DARKNESS

I woke up very early on Tuesday morning, said my morning prayers and next in line was the house chores.

While making up my mind on what to attend to first while still on my cozy bed, I heard the tune of my ring tone.

I wondered who was calling me this early on a Tuesday morning, but then I reached out to my phone which was some few meters away from my bed.
